You examine the matchbox.
You open the matchbox slightly, and can see that it is full of matches.
You close the matchbox, and observe the exterior of the box.
It seems to be made of regular white cardboard. The top cover of the box has a label saying "smoking will harm your lungs", and underneath it, text indicating that the box contains an infinite number of matches.
You do a double-take -- the text indeed does say "contains &inf; matches", with an ampersand and all.
You put the matchbox back to your pocket.
You search the pockets of your jeans again.
You find: a matchbox. a sausage. a mop.
Yes, the mop somehow seems to fit in your pocket, despite its large size.
The matchbox is full of matches.
