LPC to WAV converter
— Read all lines; identify content;  save parameters (example: samplingPeriod). Save coefficients too.
— Synthesize frame when a gain-line is encountered
— Generate buzz (NOT sine wave!)
— Apply LPC filter (much like FIR!)
— Save sample into buffer
— Finally save samples into WAV file
